It’s not a condition of working at AIBOR that you’ve seen this, but it is the reason AIBOR exists. That means we’re not all about profit. We want to create a system that allows people to feel heard, and allows employers to be, well, better.

Each and every member of the AIBOR believes in a goal of allowing every employee to be heard, and making it easier to listen. That’s because many of us have had mental health issues as a result of our work, or we’ve seen the impact on people we care about.
